The Meeting Place has been open since March 2, 2009. We are confident you will find the facility and staff professional and will be pleased with the service you receive. Because we hold only one meeting at a time, your meeting is top priority during your time with us. We are able to provide our undivided attention for your meeting and your guests.
The Meeting Place sets itself apart from other venues in the following ways:
- Low, per hour rate that includes hot beverages and water service, as well as all equipment
- Discount for consecutive use (i.e., weekly, monthly, etc.)
- You may bring in your own food, use your own caterer, or we can arrange catering for you

What is the minimum number of people for an event?
There is no minimum.
What is the maximum number of people for an event?
150 is the maximum capacity, 120 if room is set banquet style.
What is the cost to rent the facility?
Rent is available by the hour or by the day. Please call to get pricing for your event.
A cleaning service charge deposit of $200 is assessed when the room is booked for all social events (wedding rehearsals/receptions, bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, etc.). This may be refunded in part or in full after the event has taken place. Both the interior and exterior of the facility will be reviewed to determine the amount of the refund.
Can we bring in our own food?
Absolutely.
The Meeting Place recommends Catering by Scott when looking for a caterer for your event.
Can alcohol be served in your facility?
Yes. Alcoholic beverages may be served; however it can only be provided as part of the event and NEVER sold on premises.
No alcohol is permitted outside the doors of The Meeting Place.
There is a $200 non-refundable bar fee for serving alcohol at The Meeting Place.
Can we decorate the facility for our event?
Yes. You are permitted one hour prior to your event to come in and decorate. No heavy tape, tacks or nails in the walls at any time.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted outside only. Waste receptacles are provided.
How much parking is available?
There is ample parking at the facility to accommodate the maximum number of people the facility will hold. Monday-Friday parking is in the rear of the building. Saturday and Sunday parking is available front or rear of the building.
